威尼託酒店 (Hotel Veneto Firenze)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

The room somewhat clean, staff is okay breakfast is available but not included but you can ask hot water. Aircon is bad you can not adjust it, the main purpose of the remote is only on/off it is hot throughout our stay

Air conditioning not working at all, the room is hotter than the outside. The staff came twice and offered a fan but nothing works. We have to moved to another hotel in the night

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

The location is great and the staff were amazing, but the property did not measure up to the pictures, it’s definitely showing age and neglect. If your looking for a easy location to city centre for a good price this is perfect but I was more than a little let down when arriving,

The location of the property being close to the airport and close to the train station is where the positive attributes end. Check - in was a nightmare. They wouldn’t listen to us and was more consort taking our luggage to our rooms. We had 3 rooms reserved. They would take the time to listen to where the luggage went. They totally confused our reservation due to the fast of getting our luggage to a room.

Awesome

I stayed at Hotel Veneto Firenze for 3 nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The building is very old and poorly maintained — our room looked more like a converted storage space than a proper guest room. The walls and doors had no sound insulation at all; we could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were inside our room. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first two days, and when it finally did, the connection was unstable. The “hot” water in the shower was only lukewarm, which made showers uncomfortable. However, I want to give full credit to the night shift manager, Nawaz. He was absolutely exceptional — professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with every issue. He was the only positive part of our stay and truly deserves recognition. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s efforts, especially Nawaz, but the hotel itself needs major upgrades before I could recommend it.

Very close to downtown

Unfortunately would not stay here again nor recommend, although the staff were lovely. Our room had no hot water for shower … one small drop of mild water was all that would come out. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together , that did not stay together & made for an uncomfortable sleep. Location & staff were great. Just the amenities in room that were well below average.

The neighbors next door were slamming doors at night . Someone was knocking on our hotel room door , it was a loud hallway overall . Walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation in the room next door . Shower head did not work . No phone in a room to call reception . Lots of stairs ( like a maze ). No extra blankets .AC took about 6 hours to cool the room .
