Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean. Food beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I am ever back in Krakow. Very handy to trams for transport into the city/train station in Krakow. Didn't use leisure facilities so can't comment on them.

The room was very clean. The hotel staff were amazing. Very courteous and very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a big selection plus a grab a sandwich on the way out service which I’ve never seen before
