Disapppointing - not a warm welcome but most staff do speak basic English. Breakfast was ok. Cleaned room 2 out of 4 days (should be everyday but said they forgot). No kettle facilities - charged over £2 per cup of tea. We had to move rooms due to location and awful smell of drains in bathroom. School coaches of teenagers stayed who were still running around and shouting in the early hours of the morning and the hotel basically turned a blind eye as they filled the hotel. Food is great at the bistro just down the road (Prakus). Constant taxis (bolt) into centre as little to do nearby (which may suit some!). Best bit was that the check out was 12pm as we had a later flight home. Wouldn't stay there again - don't be fooled by the word 'hotel'!

Clean, quiet, comfortable

I wanted a hotel with parking and a quick one night stay. This is located 30 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet suburb. Nice large room, with decent facilities in an older style but modern hotel I liked

Big parking, calm surroundings (no noise from street), building has some high ceilings, breakfast is simple but it did it's job.

Overall a good hotel, a little bit on the outskirts but we enjoyed quiet at the end of a busy day. The shower doors were a bit flimsy though so we had to be careful when closing it. Otherwise, it is a good option for a few days’ stay while exploring Krakow.

A very quiet and nice location. The breakfast buffet is amazing with great variety.

The hotel is placed in a quiet area, parking in front of it available for 10pln per day. International breakfast right for everyone. Great park behind it with an ex calcar mine that is now a wonderful lake

Very nice staff. Close to Zakrzówek.

Will not return. No AC but no screens to open windows, right by foresty area. Beds were not greT, and breakfast was just ok.

Not many options to eat around the hotel.
