Very good hotel, not in the city center but good location for meetings at Kasetsart university, and near the BTS. Very nice swimming pool

The hotel is amazing and the staff was so friendly and so polite only thing is the hotel was show as they have spa but they don’t

Good basic hotel but showing its age. Close to the skytrain but long commute to the ‘tourist’ area, more than an hour.

Drain was clogged next day they came and asked how many people in room Then asked about the drain problem and broken soap holder missing rusted holes Left and hot water was brown and wasn’t steady hot it was a nice hotel Back 20 years ago

I thought I had been transported the Beijing ... with less traffic.

Excellent value for money included breakfast as much as you can eat staff service perfect cannot fault the staff the room or air conditioning perfect five out of five

Pleasant staff, nice rooms and now with BTS nearby well positioned.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites. Room size was good but bathroom was not. Water temperature was erratic. Furniture abit dated. Service generally good to excellent with one of the staff walking us to our friends' house which was quite nearby to the hotel but due to language, was difficult for him to explain the way to us so he took us - he went the extra mile. Quality of food was acceptable to good but not great.
