We loved the overall customer service of the staff. Food was delicious from the Buffet, The housekeeping lady was really friendly and provided us with great service when we requested the room to be cleaned and it was stocked daily.

About an hour from intl airport. We arrived at airport 2am. They were ready for us. Quick and easy check-in in our rooms very quickly.

還好 I got late night and they said they have a 24 hours room service , when I called for dinner they said their kitchen was closed , I went out looking for a 7 eleven and peatonal bridge was u see construction , I had to cross the highway with my two kids, finally I asked in the front desk where I can find a red wine and they sent me to the bar , when I got the bar they said it was closed ( isn’t the front desk supposed to have the right info? ) to end this story , room had cockroaches that the same employee who was helping with luggage killed them, at 3 :30 am I was fighting with cockroaches, sad experience for a 5 start hotel and expensive night
