凱悅嘉軒海德拉巴班哈拉山飯店 (Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

In general clean hotel. Staff are outstanding and friendly. Restaurant food is excellent and priced reasonably. Rooms are very clean and fresh linen. The major problem is bathrooms. In between tiles you can see black fungus. Hard to see fungus while taking shower. This needs to be taken care. This will come back in 2 days after cleaning. Cleaning may not be solution. Needs title replacement with single tile no pieces.

This property is for business traveller's than families.Breakfast options can be better. Staff in breakfast area at times take longer time to respond and ignore request completely.

Central location with good value

Room and bathroom were not clean

Most of the guests are hospital visitors. Therefore, a higher standard of sanitation and hygiene is essential, considering the presence of patients and their attendants.
