還好 The Management were very pedantic unlike the Management at Radisson Blue in Chennai who were very flexible with the Terms and Conditions in granting a refund due to my cancellation owing to family illness. Radisson Hyderabad would not grant a refund.
Attitude and Customer Service is paramount at high end hotels.
