This was a wonderful place to stay. The location is very central and convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate. Stayed here twice and absolutely loved it. This place is just gorgeous and has a great atmosphere. The garden in the yard is also very pretty.

Old world charm, so lovely to have authentic furnishings. Housekeeper was lovely woman who always got us what we needed. I am claustrophobic and the Bell Desk helped me pick a great room.

Hot days. In the room only 1 small bottle of water. Very Early check out at 3 a.m. Buffet is closed. The reception person said no more water. I asked please at least little tup drinking now. Answer - no water. Probably a client without good health could die, what you think?

I paid a lot of money for a tiny room. Tram line just outside window operating 5am to midnight. Lots of traffics noise forget about getting a nights sleep. 1 sachet of coffee and 1 tea bag each day 1 small piece of soap each day. Breakfast not good. Asked if I could be moved to a bigger/quieter room answer NO. Dreadful hotel I travel lots this one is the worse hotel I have had the misfortune to pay a lot for.

Breakfast was included and very good.

The hotel has an old world feel. The room interior was dated but well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good and daily maid service was a plus. Proximity to Old Town and the train to the airport made it very convenient.

What a unique hotel with an Old World vibe. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located next to the main train station and tram stop. It was quiet too, even with the location. The staff we interacted with were helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend.

This hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay in Krakow. The location is great being close to the central train station, the Galleria for shopping and a short walk to old town Krakow. The hotel and the room had a lot of charm and clean throughout. The only improvement that I would make would be to replace the mattress on the bed because it is sagging some from constant use. Nice place, I would recommend this hotel.

Very good buffet breakfast. Spacious room. Great location only A couple of hundred metres from railway station and old town. Some noise from the street when trams passing by. Also a tram stop across the street. There are also room with windows facing inside the block and those must be without the street noise,

Breakfast and staff was good
