A very nice hotel with the traditional old charm centrally located and with a great restaurant as well. The only thing we would have asked for (had we known it before) is to have our room on then other side, as overlooking the central Florianska street gives you a lovely view but also night and early morning noise, somewhat aggravated by all night open McDonald's just opposite the street.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I wished we had stayed longer. Krakow is a must see and the most charming place! The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. We got upgraded to a deluxe room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the bellhop taking our luggage to the room. The location was perfect. I enjoyed seeing the art exhibit outside my window. It brought so much authenticity and tranquility to our visit. A cute little gelato shop was just steps away and we went there everyday. Breakfast was amazing with many options.

I’ve stayed here many times alone and with family. A classic design hotel that add that historical feel while being quiet, comfortable and offering great amenities.

This lovely, historic building is in the heart of old Kraków- there’s nothing about this hotel I would change. It’s absolutely perfect!

What a delightful hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were lovely and clean and right in the historical old town. The breakfast was wonderful. So much charm. We truly enjoyed staying there. And right next door was a great little ice cream store playing 50’s American music. Don’t hesitate to book here. You will not be disappointed!
