Staff was friendly from the front desk, to the bar tender, to the guy making the omelettes at breakfast. Wonderful Stay!!!

Horrible stay. Only 2 elevators for 400 room place - took 1 hour from curb to room. Check in took over 30minutes. Every morning waited 30 mins for elevator Stay away - I will never be back.

Perfect destination for family

I would definitely like to stay there again. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet is very convenient as well.

Convenient location. Breakfast buffet & happy hour were nice touch. Restaurant area cleaning was hard to stay on top of because it is very busy. A hotel rep offered us a discounted deal for future because we were Hilton rewards members but we weren't able to commit to dates. Outer area of suites can get noisy because they face the atrium.

The lines at this Hilton were absolutely ridiculous. Only one elevator was working, which meant a constant wait just to get up or down. There was a line for breakfast, a 45-minute wait for omelets, a 45-minute line to check in, and yet another line to store our bags. The hotel also charges a $25 daily credit, which really means you have to stand in another line and spend more money on food or drinks just to use the credit. Give me a break. We already paid top dollar for a premium room. Our reservation was for four adults in a bedroom suite, yet the room had only two towels, two plastic cups, two coffee pods, and two coffee cups. No one answers the phone, so naturally, the only option is to stand in another line. Good luck.

The elevators were broke (4 total, 2 were not working). The bellman said they had been broken for over 8 months. This caused a massive backup at the elevators at all hours.

I like the location

Our room was ready over two hours late from check-in. Outdated property - two elevators did not work. Elevator lines took over 15 - 20 minutes to get on. Beds were uncomfortable with half pillows. Please go back to king size pillows. Escalator's were broke down as well.

The hotel location is great. The room was spacious in the bed was comfortable. We did have breakfast each morning and it was well prepared for a hotel breakfast. The facility is in need of upgrades and updates. They also need to find a better check-in process every day at check-in time. There was a line of people waiting. We waited about 45 minutes and there were only four people in front of us. It was not an option to check in on the app until she was already helping us. There is a $25/day resort fee for who knows what. They try to off set it by providing you with a coupon for things most will not use.
