I had a great stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area without having to travel far.

We had a multi night stay in Ottawa.
Staff was excellent getting us in as we were really pressed for time.
Overall the suite was nice and big and things were in order to cook on-site.
Bed was comfortable and it was fairly quiet considering you are downtown.
Nice walks to Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal and TD Place.
Note: restaurant was great for breakfast but don't count on evening food or drinks if it's not busy. Walking to near by streets are loaded with options.
The only issue we had was the AC unit was in the bedroom and we found a bit loud and did not easily cool the larger space.
Aside from that we had a great stay in Ottawa and would stay at this property again.

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean and the staff very helpful, a few minor things we didn’t have a shower curtain in our room when we got there they put it one up for us tho
