The room was very comfortable and had all the expected amenities. We really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace for a glass of wine and snacks after a long day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location. The only thing that wasn’t great was the fitness area, which seems to be shared with a private gym. So it was very busy with apparently regular gym rats, loud, and, while well-equipped, I saw only one gym mat that was in use. This was the only thing about the hotel I didn’t enjoy.

When we arrived at the hotel and were given our room key we let ourselves in and other guests were already assigned to this room! The staff quickly fixed this issue but it was a safety concern for us. The room was lovely, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. cleaning staff were very efficient. Lifts are terrible, very slow and not all working. Breakfast was nice on the terrace and lots of choice but the same each day.

The staff were excellent, particularly Ioana at reception. A very quick and welcoming check-in. The property itself had an excellent location, a very comfortable bed and solid air-con. I was only staying for one night but an enjoyable stay.

The room was of a good size, and the location of the hotel offers great access to public transport. Breakfast was good and varied and the 9th floor terrace has great views. There were a couple of less positive aspects, though. We were visiting during a heatwave, and at times the A/C in the room was barely keeping up. Also, out of 3 elevators, only one was working reliably (one has been broken during the entire stay, and another one was on and off) - for such a large hotel with 9 floors, it created unacceptable waiting times. But overall, we had a good stay; it was nice to be walking distance from most things we wanted to do.

The room was clean, the gent as we walked in was fantastic, however breakfast was cold.

Excellent hotel. I was in Europe in Paris, London and Brussels . This hotel far out classed the other two. Everything about this hotel was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the hotel so central, it made getting around very easy. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, light airy. I loved that they did not have carpet in the room, instead vinyl plank floors. Very different from every other hotel I have ever stayed in before. They also had a dental kit with extra toothpaste and toothbrush.
