Najua at the front desk was extremely informative, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel has a laundry room on the main floor, which makes is extremely convenient. It is very easy to use. They also have a coffee and tea station available 24 hours a day. This hotel is close to all the sites. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.. we had a beautiful stay.

The hotel was fine ,there was a supermarket located 100 metres away which was great for supplies for cooking.The area around St Catherine's is where the locals live. The hotel offered free brewed coffee near reception if you used the cup from the room.

Staff is amazing and this hotel is in a great location! Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Good location. Free coffee in the reception area. Unfortunately our room was a little too far away to benefit from this as you had to take the cup from your room to fill it. Reception team were very helpful. I had forgotten to pack an adaptor and they managed to find one I could use while I was there which was very much appreciated. All areas throughout looked clean. We didn't try the breakfast but my daughter had a quick look one morning and said it looked quite good, however we hadn't allowed ourselves enough time to try it. All in all a really good base if you want to see the main sights. Lots of nice places to eat nearby too.

No aircon so can be too warm in warm weather

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. The staff are sometimes a bit lazy and not always customer focused. If they improve that they could start to be a great hotel.

The room was not very clean especially the floors and needs updating dirty cutlery
