They didn’t have my room ready, toilet was leaking and the AC was so loud the only good thing it was the location.

很好 The hotel is in very good location with spacious rooms. It is required some updates. It’s include breakfast and happy hour with cheese and shin.
Main thing that wasn’t good is that they charge for every little thing as example for each bag that you left for keep before checking or after checkout they asked 1$. I never requested to pay for that no matter where I have been.
If the room ready before checking they asked 70$. If you ask for one hour late checkout they asked 39$ per hour.
There are very few seats in the lobby area so many people need to sit on the floor.

Wonderful location in Times Square. Staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The welcome wine and added extras were such a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed were a bonus for me. Thank you!

The couch in the room was gross. It was a black couch and it had lots of stains on it. Considering it’s a hotel, we could only imagine what the stains could be… yuck!
Other than that, great location!!
