You will need to insert your key into a box beside the door to turn on the lights and tv.

It may have been because of FIFA…in the mornings trying to go down for breakfast was a struggle…the elevators were packed and we had to let several (3-4) go by before finally pushing onto the elevator. The guests were just as polite as the staff…everyone understood.

Very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Room was small but hey, it's NYC. We appreciated being able to extend our check-out time for what seemed to us a reasonable fee.

Unfortunately, the elevators did not work during our stay. Out of five elevators only two worked. The breakfast buffet was very good, well staffed and had a lot of variety.

The morning buffet was not good , the food was subpar ?.. nothing extraordinary, I felt like I was being herded into an area to eat in a manufacturing factory ..
