My room was quite noisy from early in the morning due to traffic noise which affected my sleep.
The room was old and not worth the money

不錯 Omg on the third day the housemaid came in just to tug my bed sheet , no cleaning , no top up coffee and no cleaning the room.

Great hotel and locations. Cafe was lacking options on a Sunday morning but only a very minor issue. Overall we had a great visit.

I was really disappointed. I was originally booked for a king size bed at the Mecure then got apparently upgraded to a room at the Pullman. The staff member was lovely that’s not the issue. It was the fact that I was downgraded with a room that had a bad view. The shower took a while to correct the temperature and really tiny coffee cups. So I felt deceived on a level as the original room was why I booked this hotel.
I gave it four stars as the bar and lounge area was beautiful and the service downstairs was prompt and friendly. However I will not return to this hotel again. Definitely don’t like to be told an upgrade with two beds I didn’t need was the truth. Thanks 🙏

We were not able to use the pool, because there were about 15 young boys in there all screaming & splashing around & security was called
