My stay at the hotel was excellent, the hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and attentive, there was a slight problem with the flights, sometimes they didn't go very well, but the problem was solved quite quickly.

Really clean, nice helpfully staff and really comfortable bed

Bedside lamp not working. Shower waste was slow....needed cleaning out. Liable to overflow if used for longer than 5 mins. Iron was dirty, so unable to use. Kettle didn't switch off once boiling; had to switch off manually.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel is situated in a perfect location, with shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The building is very old and the room was OK but I went to open the curtains when I entered my room to see if there was a view outside but there wasn't and the curtain rod fell down and I went down to report it and I was told maintenence were coming straight away so I went out for about 3 hours when I arrived in my room about 8.45 pm The curtain was on the floor still not fixed and it was still on the floor when I left next morning no one fixed it that to me is unsatisfactory service and I only had 1 pillow and I'm asthmatic I need 2 pillows the only plus about this hotel is the amenities n shops outside also the lift was out of order I will not stay here again

Friendly staff and nice clean room.

Get what you pay for. Good location, poorly looked after. Staff are excellent but let down by the lack of care elsewhere for the hotel. Lift out of order half the time to add to it.
