The property is in District 3 ,close to District 1 ,i used Grab app scooters to get around Cheap and efficient, 10 - 15 min from all the places you should visit ,lots of street food vendors and coffe shops .Nice family run hotel ,you get 2 bottles of water delivered tomorrow door every day ,spacious room with mini fridge,a kettle,instant coffe and tea bags.Quiet at night ,my only niggle is that the bed was really firm ,normally like them but this was a bit much .Took me a few days to get used to .I would recommend this place if you are budget minded.

This location was not convenient to anything. Fortunately, we were only there a couple days and moved to an area with restaurants and shopping. The apartment was actually pretty nice but a very unusual set up. The apartment windows overlook the lobby so there is noise from that. The elevator also opens directly into the apartment but is not a private elevator. It’s the only elevator for the property so there was a lot of confusion about its use. The staff is very kind and friendly.

We stay at this property for 3 nights. It's very convenient to visit everywhere in Saigon. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Clean room, central location, kitchen is stocked with all basic cookware. There is little store in the lobby stocked with water, soft drinks basic toiletries. The Staff is very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend staying if you are In the area. Love the purple aesthetic in the hotel 💜💜💜

Nice place to stay, the TV wasn't working due to a missing cable and a replacement cable never materialised.
