Very clean, and the staff very friendly

I travel for business and will return. The King Suite was great for work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and the rooms were very large with a separate sitting area from the bedroom. My only suggestion is to possibly look at refreshing the mattress as it seemed a little tired.

Breakfast food was not kept warm so the sausages, potatoes and eggs were luke warm to cold. Someone was not keeping the warmer on. The oatmeal was also warm and not hot.

Stay was good

They need to provide hot food in the hot section of the breakfast.

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at check-in while the attendant was talking on the phone. Then i had to fill a survey and give a deposit?! Often travel for work and this was my first and last time going to Holiday Inn.

I stayed one night on my own, the room was clean and so quiet at night. I had a great sleep!

I had tried to cancel our booking well in advance and your system did not allow us to do that and in fact cancelled the wrong booking we had at one of the other hotels on your system instead. Terrible communication and system for people to work with. Will never book through the system again and we travel a lot.
