The staff was amazing, front desk, valet always smiling and very pleasant, very helpful.
The restaurant on the 26th floor was a gem, I did not know. The food delicious, music marvelous. Unfortunately I could go only once since they were closed on Sunday.

My son and I stayed here for a tournament that was held at the convention center, and it was the most comedian location, easy access to everything and walking distance. Plus the room was fantastic with City views enough space for all of his Volleyball things as well as both of us to live in for five days. They provide everything even a toothbrush in case you forget it and of course always deliver a Ritz experience. Cleaning staff was amazing and hotel was VERY quiet which is a must for me.

Spa is fantastic. Even just a day pass to enjoy the amenities is totally worth it. Stunning interior. Hotel is beautiful. Great service. Would definitely stay there again. Planning a mother daughter weekend there!

Great staff & food everything inside the Ritz-Carlton was great. Outside the hotel alot of crazy drug addicts roaming the area not safe & we had a view of 3 large buildings with graffiti all over building. Great spa btw excellent staff
