The room was very spacious and a great location. Not in the business of Gatlinburg and really easy to get to the national park.

Clean room, and approachable staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It was the best value for our money so far in our trip! The check-in staff was friendly, the rooms are updated and clean, and there was even a fireplace in the room. One of my favorite things was the bench by the river. So peaceful!

Everything was great. View of river, clean contemporary rooms. So nice we stayed a second night and would go back again. Staff were wonderful

Excellent location especially if you like being near the trail and downtown. The river near the balcony was amazing and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We always enjoy staying here. Parking can be a little tight at times and there are cheaper places to stay, but this is well worth the money. We love it.

Only one luggage trolley, so grab it when you can. The breakfast options were good. The property was clean and safe. Parking was convenient. AC unit worked very well.

This property offers a 2-bedroom suite with one bedroom on one floor and a stairway to the second bedroom on the next floor up. Both rooms have their own balcony, bathroom, refrigerator/microwave, heat/AC. Very nice. Perfect for groups who want to be together but still have privacy.

Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests.

The Location and price was the reason I stayed, and the continental breakfast. The only problem was the tub was caved in in the middle and water would stay in the middle and it was awkward to stand in. The bed was very comfortable and clean! I would stay there again! Also ver nice view of the river!
