Of no fault of the property, the walk from the FRONT doors of Termini is much longer than expected. As the property is inside a condo complex, signage is not allowed and fixing the correct entrance was a challenge. A lot of properties in Italy are not equipped with A/C, but the overhead fan worked extremely well to keep the air circulated and cool.

No breakfast and no parking

The Grandis rooms is only a small room with two single beds on metal frame that made noise when moving in your bed. they only had a single sheet to cover yourself and no spare blanket to to get warm, I had to use the bath towels to cover myself to get warm at night. There was no breakfast included. The bathroom was not very clean, there was mold in the shower and the door of the shower was so small that I had to squeeze in to be able to take a shower and I'm not a big person. The sink was mostly plugged and was draining very slowly, could not leave the water running more that 3 seconds. There wasn't supply for bathroom paper for the 5 days that we stayed there. The only good thing about this place is the checking, they contacted me on WhatsApp to find out when I would be coming in. This place was not worth what I paid for. I will never go back there. Convenient location

The hotel is in a good location. However it is very old and outdated. Customer service provided at the check in very average. We paid city taxes and expected to get change of 3 euros which was never given back.

Location is central, close to Roma Termini (15 mins walk) and Colloseum (25 mins). Room was clean and ventilated. Comfy bed and hot shower. Decor needs to be updated as old fashioned and was abit hard to find entrance in the courtyard. Overall was a good stay and service was good.

Room was very clean and close to the metro station
