Breakfast was so poor .

Great staff, Good location.

C'est terrible comme hotel. En commançant par l'assensseur ( pour acceder a l'hotel, faut prendre l'assenseur au 5 ene etage) l'hotel lui meme est au 5eme etage d'un immeuble. L'entrée de l'immeuble est une alleé plein de gens drogués et ivres... ça fait peur.... la chambre n'est pas dutout celle que j'ai reservé. Les draps avec des trous, sale... la salle de bain est terrible, sale et sans aucun produit..sans parler du plafont et des odeurs dans la chambre. j'ai du sortir et louer ailleur la meme journée.... c'est terrible comme hotel ( attention aux images) publicité mensongere

Unfortunately, we walked up to the building and immediately decided to book elsewhere because the outside area didn’t look or feel safe.

Probably one of the worst sleeps that I have had on a three month trip. The air-conditioning straight up does not cool the road but it provides plenty of noise while you're trying to get to sleep. This may have been the first air-conditioning unit ever invented it's that old they advertise the room as a double and a twin what we ended up getting was to supposed to doubles. They are simply two twin beds pushed together and the minute you lie on them they push apart it's like trying to sleep in the Grand Canyon. There's no safe in the room and you certainly don't feel safe in the Room. I cannot imagine anybody would use this hotel for more than a quick one night stay before heading out to the airport or some other destination in Italy. It's one advantage if it's very close to Roma termini.

the shower handle was broken. the shower would not drain. the shower nozzle shoot water out the side and onto the floor of the tiny room. the sheet looked clean, obviously the bed was not very soft at this price point. you get what you pay for, but it would be better if Africans did not stand outside the entrance and pee in the hall wall.

The location is great, close to Roma Termini. Had elevator, but still need to climb stairs to room. Was clean and staff was great. Bath condition was poor with toilet seat totally detached.

Helpful staff. Nice location as it was close to everything therefore easy to get around however the immediate area around the ground-floor entrance felt a bit rough as there were some loitering that made it feel less comfortable as we are two young women staying here.
