Love the vibe of the hotel....hated the way the twin beds where set up , best to separate the beds into two . Especially when you're a foreigner Have simple cleaner instructions on how to trun on and off lights/ and definitely a ceiling FAN ..

Love the location with walking distance to almost everything. It’s tucked in a quiet side street so we had a peaceful nights sleep. Love the design & how all the essentials & more are in this smart space. The mattress & pillows are so comfortable. Excellent place to stay in London.

Small but mighty! Great value for the money. Clean, helpful staff, and just what we needed for a couple of days before a cruise out of Dover. Would stay here again.

Great location! It’s conveniently nice to have kitchen amenities. There’s only one lift/elevator in the building but I didn’t have any issues, just be aware.

Very small rooms with bed accessible only on one side, ridiculously complicated lighting "switches", aircon undecipherable, leaky shower (by design not a maintenance issue), window between bathroom and bedroom so a light on in the loo at night dusturbs the other person in bed. All round, they tried to be clever with the design and it just doesn't work. Overpriced for what you get.

Great location and easy access to the Theatre district and all the main attractions. There are loads of food stores cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location a short walk from the north bank of the River Thames, walkable to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden which is perfect for tourists. Also walking distance to multiple tube stations like Embankment, Charing Cross, Covent Gardens etc... The room is clean and had enough amenities for 2 pax to stay, and the staff were all friendly and attentive.
