Horrible, dirty room, rude staff air-conditioning don’t work breakfast not available which I’ve paid for. Absolutely terrible hotel.

Great value for money, comfortable bed, clean room, decent breakfast, air conditioned and quiet room. Would have given 5 star, but for some minor maintenance required in bathroom on the ceiling and flickery light in room (but nothing concerning).

An okay hotel, it got 4 stars because of the air con which saved my life during the June 2026 heatwave. The room was a bit bashed and battered, stained walls and carpets so has not been maintained very well, however very clean and the bathroom was very modern and had been clearly refurbished. Bed very comfortable too. Good location for Tube/bus. It’s not very close to Heathrow at all despite its name but you can get there by bus/Tube and also into central London in 45 mins. One thing that really annoyed me was that a packet of M&Ms went missing from the desk when I was out during the day. They were there when I left and not there when I returned. Thrown out by mistake or irresistible? Who knows? Either way don’t touch people’s snacks!!! Another downside was the lack of sound proofing, at 4:30 am I was woken up by low flying planes going into Heathrow, so take your earplugs!

My room was fine, functional for a nights stay close to Heathrow and the tube at Hounslow for onward travel

Really impressed with the staff, efficient and very pleasant

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. One of the people in our group wasn't feeling well and they gave us a late check out before going to the airport. The gal even gave us a banana and extra water for our group member. The only thing I'd say that needed some attention was the shower curtain. It was a bit soiled. But other than that, the room was great.

Great location and good price. Limited parking unfortunately and we missed out. The bar was good value, the breakfasters this morning looked like they were enjoying it. Room was clean and bathroom was good and overall very good value.

Entrance to the Hotel via a Car could be better marked. The Mains (UK) Socket in the Rooms could be set higher rather than lower down below desks and bedside shelves.
