倫敦希斯洛 The Broadway 飯店 (The Broadway Hotel - London Heathrow)

This is a tiny hotel in the middle of bustling Southall. The rooms are also tiny, with barely enough room to open your suitcase. On the second floor with no elevator, just narrow stairs. But it was clean, the staff were friendly, the bed was confortable, and it’s in a fun authentic Indian neighborhood. Not luxurious, but an interesting experience.

When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no amount of friendliness, politeness or additional services could balance out the absence of microwave and refrigerator in my room. Something that was promised but was not provided. One more thing: the hotel is on a major street and it's pretty noisy even late in the evening. If you need it to be quiet in the evening, this is not a place for you.

Clean room and washroom staff are really nice and i love the location all facilities nearby . I’ll arrive again surely
