Over charges because they only provide us standard room without view or window. Agoda booking only cost below rm100 but Expedia charge rm140 per room on line

超讚 I’m an American traveling with 3 Vietnamese from the south. Staff speaks great English and treated us like VIP’s the entire time. They suggested and booked activities and rented us motorbikes all at a very reasonable cost. The area is safe for walking around with restaurants, shops, night market and the town square nearby. The breakfast includes made to order eggs. They even made me omelettes with egg whites only. All the staff is gracious and caring. They make sure you’re comfortable and will do whatever they can to make your time in Sapa a great one. All 4 of us would stay here again and recommend it to others.

超讚 Arrived from the train at 7am, bookings.com had not sent through reservation but staff worked quickly to fix it, checked into room by 730 so we could shower and go walking. Hotel booked guide for us which was great. Staff very compentant and helpful I was recommend this hotel
