還好 The air conditioning did not work. We were moved to a different room and were told that the AC Was working. It was very loud and useless, the room was still too hot. The noise level from the AC kept me awake all night

不錯 Air conditioning system was old heating system and was ineffective. Needed fans to cope with heat in the room.
Mattress topper only the size of double bed and we had upgraded to king size bed. Housekeeping had to come and rectify.
Bed was also very high and proved a challenge to get onto!
Large step into the bathroom which was difficult to manage with slight mobility issues.
Staff were helpful.

很好 Cocktails were good at the bar.The hotels location is great, very central. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable.
I think the hotel is showing its age a bit, although this didn’t effect our stay.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Bar staff were very friendly, rooms were very comfortable and AC was a life saver during the heat wave.

The room I stayed in was difficult to get from the main entrance. Umderstand the building is old however . Route was not well sign posted .
I was then charged £10 to use the swimming pool .
This was not clear at time of booking.

Lovely hotel…but the aircon unit was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night.
I asked for a discount to reflect this, but because I had been granted a late checkout apparently that was sufficient.
I was also disappointed to find the 1 hour use of the spa wasn’t included in the room price, it wasn’t obvious on the hotels.com website.
I won’t stay there again, it’s significantly more expensive than other hotels in the area, but my stay didn’t reflect that.

I enjoyed a fantastic massage in the basement Spa, and would thoroughly recommend this as a luxurious, city centre hotel. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very relaxed. I'd love to go back.

Coffee machine in room was lovely.
Gym while hot was adequate.
Spa, despite small charge was really lovely.
Breakfast was overall good value at about 20 quid a head.
Location was decent, right in the heart of Bristol.
