Excellent hotel, parking very easy, right next door with a discount if staying at hotel. Rooms Excellent, very well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, lovely walk in shower, very enjoyable stay

Breakfast spread was amazing. Good location to city. Air conditioning in the rooms too

We had booked a standard twin bedded room, but we're later offered an upgrade which we paid £44 for. It turned out to be a room with only one super king size bed. The staff were helpful but couldn't change the room, so we had to have a single child's bed brought in which obviously reduced the available sitting space. Neither of us had a very good night's sleep. We have stayed in very good Marriott hotels before, but breakfast the next morning at this hotel was chaos. We had to wait 20 minutes in a queue to get a table and then a lot of the food items had run out. Altogether a very bad experience.

Great location. Needs maintenance- air conditioning was not working properly in two of our rooms. Toilets were quite old and had a smell to them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

Stayed here for my best friend's wedding and before checking in asked if I could have a room on the same floor. Staff accommodated the request and was only a few doors down which made it easier for getting her ready for her big day. Rooms were lovely, my boyfriend loved the gym. Overall the stay was perfect and everything we needed for the big day. Thank you!

Unfortunately there was a booking mix up. The “signature suite” I had reserved was occupied and so I had to take a downgraded room. The staff did what they could to give me a choice of the best alternative, and even gave me a free breakfast, but the top floor signature suite I had expected when I booked was not available.

Lovely central hotel with friendly staff. Good amenities. Only issue is I was given a room with a door connecting to another room (useful if there are 2 families or groups), but the noise travelled easily from the neighbouring room through this locked door.

Not the warmest welcome to the hotel, the person at the reception was quite short and there was some confusion about the overnight parking. The rooms were big and clean, but awfully hot. The AC did work, but it was too loud to keep running during the night. The breakfast was great, a really good selection of warm and hot food. Some of the lifts were not working and there were long wait times, plus the lights were under renovation so they had temporary lights in the lifts. The hotel is in a good location and convenient, but quite underwhelming for the price.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was very clean and we were happy. Ideal location for exploring Bristol

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and good spread for breakfast. Enjoyed the gym facilities as well and they have a table tennis table outside too on the roof terrace.
