The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍
Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍

不錯 Over rates . I believe the website overstated what it was. Rooms were tired. Carpet was stained . No minibar apart from a box of goodies that the receptionist pulled from a store room. Order a bottle of champagne in advance of our arrival. I found it warm in the fridge. No ice bucket , no champagne glasses. Had to call for those. Marketing team should be proud . As a customer I am underwhelmed. It is on me , I got sold to. My bad.
