Breakfast menu limited due to no proper kitchen. Close enough to National Park.

Property was imaculately clean and staff were super nice. Breakfast was great. Very convenient to town and restaurant. In fact Brisbane Street Bistro a few doors down the street was superb. Only downside was some people a bit nosy in the corrider and common area but wasn't so bad.

The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.

Beautiful old building but modern inside. Highly recommend considering. The park (with the monkeys) is just across the road. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Brilliant amenities and very friendly hosts

Clean room, charming house with a nice mix of traditional and modern. Excellent breakfast. At first the lack of staff unnerved me but help was easily available and so friendly.

Easy check-in and out. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast. Lovely food and was able to get a breakfast packed for my early start the next morning. Beautiful building.

A very welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The room was lovely. A great area in the conservatory to sit and relax. A good location, close to the park and restaurants and shops.

Loved our overnight stay - room 4 was small but suited for one night. Could do with a box of tissues in the room though. Breakfast was lovely, staff friendly and very pleasant atmosphere.
