Rooms nice n spacious and clean, would of expected more toiletries on offer like shower caps, nail files etc if a 5 star… Plenty of choice of food at breakfast nice and fresh, although it says 10.30am they are not happy if you arrive at 10.10am as we did they tell you that it closes in 20 Minutes left which I find rather rude than greeting you with good morning first! Both pools are freezing cold not my type of pleasure, indoor pool 31 degrees but not even warm.. Food at pool side was lovely too the bar and outdoor pool clean and presented nicely. Entrance bright and smells lovely. Staff very informative and helpful and polite… Some chairs have stains on in entrance seating .. level 4 bedrooms, carpet near water dispenser should be cleaned as massive stain near water dispenser.. not important but the presentation of the hotel is let down buy these few simple fix’s by Maintenance.. Would I return again to this Hotel, yes as overall it is in a great position for all parts of Lisbon. Enjoyed our stay overall so happy.

Overall nice experience. Staff were kind and helpful, hotel was clean and located in a great area. However I found the pool and spa underwhelming.

The room was nice, clean, and roomy. The staff was accommodating and inviting. The location was great. I would stay there again.

Great attention to detail. The bars were great and enjoyed the patio near the pool. The spa was booked and I wish I had reserved earlier. The room was wonderful including a separate toilet closet, great shower w stool and a magnifying mirror for make up. Nessperrso coffee machine too.. there were many places to store your items.

The staff were kind and helpful. The place was very clean! We were two travelers sharing a room not in a couple and had to ask twice for twin beds not pushed together. They came to separate beds but then upgraded us to a nicer room with a great view the next morning and brought us cakes. This would be a fabulous place for a couple but the bathroom lacks a door and even though the toilet had a glass door, the shower was open. So two people not in a couple lack privacy. Otherwise I have no complaints it was wonderful and the massages in the spa were the best we’ve had! Everyone was kind and helpful! Great place for couples!

Great location. Family accommodation! Staff was absolutely amazing !!!!! Could not recommend this hotel enough!!!! Coffee in room was great!!
