The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to everything. The hotel was beautiful and our view of the river and the castle were outstanding. But the real star of the show was the staff and the hotel Manager/President- Petra. Petra went out of her way to ensure our stay was above and beyond. She worked through an issue for us without hesitation. And the front desk staff was the best I have seen--always helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay at this hotel for the location and the views but truly you should go for the exemplary staff and manager!

The room was lovely, bright and good air con. The issues we had was the window wouldn't open, top of the bed was dusty, shower head worked on one setting only. The door handle separating from the main hall fell off too. The spa had good facilities, would recommend the massage options, however the spa staff wedged open the main changing room doors this allowed people to enter with outside clothing to the pool area, many arrived with glass bottles too. Staff in the main hotel are very nice,. friendly and recommend places in the city to eat and see.

אהבנו מאוד את השרות ואת צוות המלון וחדר האוכל, במיוחד את קרים. הבריכה יפה מאוד. התחזוקה דורשת שיפור - מרצפת מתנדנדת באמבטיה, וילונות עם חורים קטנים, מנורות התקרה לא מחוברות בשלמות. השהות נהדרת, אבל כן הייתי מצפה ממלון ברמה כזאת גם לשלמות בדברים הקטנים

The staff were very nice and helpful but the air conditioning was very bad

Excellent location, on river and outside crowded tourist areas. Hotel well maintained, room was comfortable. Little interaction with staff, although what there was was satisfactory.The breakfast buffet was close to, if not the best I have ever seen. Swimming/sauna area downstairs also excellent. Only drawbacks -- TV programmes did not cover "standard" Western fare such as BBC, CNN, Bloomberg, etc. and more particularly, the World Cup. The latter a big failing for my stay. Also, the elevator operation needs fixing, it is seriously slow and unpredictable. But I would go back, nonetheless.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the service was exceptional—staff members were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Very unfriendly stuff and the rooms are missing items and look quite unfinished.

Excellent hotel in a nice part of the old town right on the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated - only suggestion for improvement would be installation of USB sockets in rooms
