Great hotel in great location. Close to sites but still quiet. Staff particularly reception excellent. Pool great size and temp. Staff in spa very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Lovely music at night. I was there for a conference but made time to visit the pool and spa and it was well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great property good installations and well loca

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Bruno the concierge and other staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The spa is a lovely addition in a big city and the breakfast is absolutely top class. The hotel is walking distance from the railway station and there are frequent trams nearby to get you all over this fantastic city. We can't wait to come again.

So Enjoyable , the rooms, the spa, the breakfast.

Breakfast is really nice and relaxing. The bathroom door didn’t shut and there were no flannels. There isn’t a ceiling light so it’s quite dark and shadowy getting ready. Also housekeeping knock early

Fantastic hotel and wonderful location

An elegant, tastefully decorated old hotel, beautiful lobby. The concierge and his team could not have been more helpful and polite. The pool was one of the best hotel pools I've swum in - 20 metres, with attached jacuzzi. Our one disappointment was the size of the room. It was described as 'superior' but was very small with no space to store luggage. The lobby was fragranced with a very strong spicey air freshener which I found overpowering!
