We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options. The location is very good, central to everything and walkable. Had wonderful time here.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant, and the building itself is beautiful, with the charm and character of a historic palazzo. However, for the price, I would have chosen a different hotel and location. The property is somewhat removed from the main areas, and some of the surrounding streets were not particularly enjoyable to walk through. The staff was courteous but not especially helpful. The gym had limited operating hours, and the breakfast selection was fairly limited, with service that did not meet expectations.

Great staff!

Lovely hotel, close to everythinh

Yes it was excellent

Nice breakfast. Excellent location. Decor is dated, but room was clean and comfortable.

Nice room, restaurant on site, parking available

Room was FANTASTIC, so incredibly spacious by European standards. The jetted tub was an amazing plus to our stay. Very well located in the city center of palermo. Hotel has a lot of Renaissance style decor, beautiful. Hotel restaurant was pretty good, too. Highly recommend this place if you're in Palermo.

Very nice and clean, staff very nice and breakfast was on the point

Very helpful staff, nicely styled lobby. Most of the hotel is a bit tired. Mainly cosmetics, but a redecoration would lift the property.
