Nice and comfortable room, spacious enough and close to the bus terminal, so it was very convenient to take the bus to the airport. Will book it again and recommend it.

Perfect location

Staff were nice. Helpful. Pet friendly.

The breakfast was better than we expected. Very basic hotel.

The room was very basic but clean. It was the closest hotel to Palermo train station for our early morning train to Rome. The breakfast was better than we expected.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean overall, however the trash in the bathroom was still there from the previous guest. The walls and hallways were loud when people would walk by or talk. Overall it was in a great location, next to the train station and near the shops.

Shower flooded entire bathroom, bidet would not drain, the walls and floor were gross and something bit me in my bed. By the elevator was a discarded drug baggy that was there all the days I was. As a plus, the staff were all kind but the place was shoddy. Definitely not the number of stars advertised. I have stayed in cleaner 1 stars.

There is no glass on the windows and the air conditioner does not work great. So noisy as there is no windows only wood shutters. Would not recommend at all. Out dates the floors are slanted.

You get what you pay for.

Excellent location for central rail station and bus links
