Stayed 1 night in a studio room with breakfast. Room is clean, bed is super comfy. Breakfast was good (select from the menu, 1 food item & 1drink). Convenient location.

I try and make a point of staying at the oaks, the rooms are always clean and well presented.
Staff are very professional especially Theo he’s always on the ball and can generally sort any issues.

Great location big rooms. They forgot an extra towel in our room as we had 2 adults and 1 child. Didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free but all good because plenty of parking out the front of the hotel.
