Great choice for Mackay. Reasonably priced and good facility

So neat, tidy and clean. Always a pleasure staying here. Very convenient in a safe area.

Perfect situation. Close to shopping and lovely staff. Great underground parking and plenty of room to move in the apartment.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The team is friendly, and the whole place has such a calm, relaxing feel. The rooms are well maintained, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioner works beautifully — such a relief after a long day. There’s also a laundry available (located in a separate area at the property), which is really handy, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is clean and modern too. Overall, it’s a comfortable, welcoming place to stay and always a great experience.

The carpet squares were falling apart. There was mold in the shower grout. The shower faucet was limited to dispense only Luke warm water. I would not stay again.

Room is good, staff were really friendly

Very clean
