Breakfast was excellent and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Overall very nice hotel. Only complaint is room keeping staff walked into room unannounced to check on room.

Lovely view, very friendly staff, spoke English, comfortable bed, spacious room, great breakfast, no complaints.

Stay was ok but sircon during the summer was not cold. It was uncomfortable in the room for sleeping

Beautiful hotel. We had a suite that had views of the cathedral and it was stunning! Fifteen minute walk from Duomo, so fairly convenient location. I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

Inover 20 years of staying in hitels, I have never written a review. For this hotel, I feel i hsve yo let others know that you may pay fir a double deluxe but will be given a classic snall room not at all what was confirmed. when you try to redolve this, you will be told that there is only 10 euros difference between your rooms . instead of acknowledging their mistske( I hope it is) they try to lecture you about room classifications. Such a shsme !

The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. After traveling for hours with small children, we arrived expecting a warm welcome. Instead, the first thing we were told was that we were obligated to pay an additional $200 Euros because the reservation did not indicate we were bringing our 4-year-old daughter! We ended up staying in the same type of room but paying $200 more just so our daughter could use the sofa bed. The rooms were dark and very hot. The AC did not work properly, and we were sweating the entire time. The only positives were the views, the bellman Francesco, and the bed, which was decent. Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere you will be treated with respect. The front desk clerk showed zero compassion or care for exhausted parents traveling with young children who needed a room right away. Overall, it felt like a very sketchy business practice.

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.
