Great hotel. The pool shuts at 6pm which is very early if your out all day…..and drinks extremely pricey in pool area - double the price of everything around. A shame there’s no restaurant.

Had high hopes here - stayed 3 nights in the mini heatwave. Hotel looked great, different, nice pool area…. But in all the heat the air con didn’t work. Reported it to reception who said they’d look into it. Second night - still didn’t work. Reported again - asked for room change. Told not possible although hotel wasn’t full. This time it kind of cooled a little bit - just sufficient. We were with friends and their room was chilled fine.
Breakfast looked fine but we didn’t take it - very expensive
Pool area was good - bar really expensive there - more than any restaurant we ate in, and the airport.
Also - on the last morning before travelling to Como we decided to laze by the pool… only to be told it was closed because they were filming. No warning - Not Acceptable! They did let us in but bar closed, couldn’t make any noise and couldn’t access the steps to the pool so couldn’t get in it. Waste of time.
Finally - the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro and tram - especially as one tram line isn’t working.
Summary - no I would not recommend this hotel
