Hallway need refresh

Hotel hall is kind of old, lots of carpets but do no smell bad. The Room was small but ok for 3 people. Bathroom in a small size as well. The restaurant downstairs had a good meal and nice staff. We were with our little dog and everything went well. So, overall I would say it was what I was expecting.

Location was good. Easy to find street parking for free and within minutes of main attractions. Hotel was old though with limited attention to cleanliness.

Very correct for location and price. However, our room had a view on the interior court. Ask for a room with a view on the street (which is mostly quiet, and nobody can have a look at you,

The front door slip door need upkeep and maintenance. Underground parking is small and very difficult to park the car. I had to go to other public parking when it was full. My initial authorization credit card money $885.42 after 6 day hasn’t returned to credit card yet.

La propreté de la chambre était déplorable. Des déchets d'un client précédent ont été trouvés sur le plancher. Des cheveux ont été trouvés dans la douche et sur les serviettes propres ainsi que dans les draps. Une odeur désagréable flottait dans la chambre. L'état général de la pièce qui n'a pas été rénovée depuis plusieurs années était très décevant considérant le prix élevé de la chambre. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Clean room and property. Tastey breakfast large servings. Nice updated bathroom with walk -in shower. Room could do with an update. Overall good hotel in a good location with friendly and helpful staff

We were very disappointed in our stay. Zero communication by phone with the front desk. Seedy entrance with people hanging around. No greeter at the door. The furniture and carpet were dark, old and worn. Coffee maker in the room useless because no creamer offered. No coffee in the foyer. No tea or hot water or water bottles offered. The bathroom very small, some chipped paint here and there, ugly blinds that didn't open correctly, no drapes and the view afew feet out the window was some damaged equipment. The price was nearly double what Expedia quoted us. There was no prior information that the advertised price of $22 for breakfast was not available at the time of the meal so we paid $60 for not very hot omlettes and no seconds on coffee were offered. Parking was antiquated and expensive. The cost for a three night stay, three nights parking and one breakfast: almost $1,000.
