We loved the unique flavored water dispenser as well as free water bottles for for the hotel guests. We also liked the location which is very convenient.

Nice place. I'll stay here from now on

New York City is, well, New York City; dirty, trash along sidewalks, stinky and loud. Hotels cannot help that, I chose this hotel only because it was walking distance from my family. Basically it was okay. No morning coffee available; machine was broken. Loud air conditioning. Staff was very cordial, however.

Room was everything we needed and we didn’t have any air issues. Room was very chill. Would definitely stay again.

Staff is exceptionally kind. Great little gym downstairs— quiet and recently renovated. Only disappointment is the fancy coffee machine hasn’t been available when I check out around 8. On four separate one-night stays: twice it was broken and twice the staff were cleaning and restocking. A small problem relatively, but the repeated inconvenience is a drag.

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was also convenient for what we needed.
