Overall it was just about fine for just 2 nights but most staff interactions were met with a "no".
Can anyone help with luggage? No.
Can we post our stamped postcards with you? No.
Can you check before charging our card as we wanted to use a different one? Oops, too late...
So, all very basic and not afraid to charge heavy fees for everything eg 30 euros for the car park.

還好 Do to circumstances out of our control we had to cancel our family vacation ! Due to war time and uncertain circumstances! Out of our control ! We were not compensated for our need to cancel and there for very upset for not at least getting some money back !

Asked for booking reference and staff refused and even raised her voice to me. Breakfast was poor, cold bacon and eggs.

超讚 Beautiful city, beautiful hotel - but what made our stay exceptional was the kindness and friendly interaction from Ugnemir at the front desk who guided us on major points of interest in the city. We would have said 5/5 stars but with her thoughtfulness we would say 8/5 stars. Incredible and Awesome stay ! Would highly recommend this property.
