Best hotel in gurugram. Good hospitality with tasty food.

Excellent stay with everything value for money & awesome location cleanliness breakfast everything.

clean well positioned hotel near airport with great quality food buffets

Large room with modern facilities; helpful staff and great dinner and breakfast buffet. We weren't happy that the pool was closed during our stay, and would not have booked to stay at Crowne Plaza if we knew the pool was shut. Also had a dust mite allergy during my stay

The overall service was sub-par, considering the fact that this hotel is part of IHG group. As a loyal member of IHG for the past 14 years (been a gold member for very long), I have had amazing experiences at various other IHG hotels At Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, one inquiry passes through at least 3 staff members and their responses dont alogn woth each other. I booked 4 rooms as our family (10 people) were meeting in Delhi (all travelling from different locations) and the intention was to find a common space to sit down and have a conversation. The hotel staff couldnt accomodate this request - i tried access to a lounge which as per the team only platinum members can access (not gold) - at the common area the sofas couldnt be moved to make a larger sitting area nor could they add 3 chairs to a large table - we were asked to sit at the restaurant area, provided we order something. INR 600 (AUD12) for a coffee is ridiculous when it is prepared out of a machine and not by a barista - majority of the staff there needs training as no answer is available and everything needs to be checked Overall my experience was Pathetic and I would noe reconsider my membership with IHG.

Very clean room, excellent staff great service, very good food.
