古爾岡塔吉市中心飯店 (Taj City Centre Gurugram)

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a wonderful ambience. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my visit, with the restaurant team deserving special appreciation for their exceptional service. The only issue that left me disappointed was the pricing of a small can of moong dal from the minibar. I was charged ₹296 for an item whose printed MRP was ₹83. I find it difficult to understand how such a significant markup can be justified. If this is a Taj-branded product with different pricing, that is one thing, but if it is the same retail product, charging more than three times the MRP feels excessive and unfair. This experience came as a surprise, especially given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. It unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay, and I felt it was important to mention it in my review.

Their hospitality. Just before Gurugram I stayed in Taj Varanasi, both being Taj properties, Gurugram felt more warm and treated me better as a guest.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, we are looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect overnight corporate stay

The amenities, staff and the property are great. The restaurant has amazing food (breakfast as well as other meals).

Food in buffet could be better, however, overall experience was top notch

Well maintained, well staffed.

Everything is perfect including the location. Fortis hospital is right next door and Ardee Shopping Mall as well

Very professional staff

A good experience overall, good selection for breakfast and dining. All the facilities generally were great, helpful and attentive staff.
