Hotel was in a good location with easy access to the underground. We booked two twin rooms and both were incredibly hot on arrival. Both rooms had temporary fans installed but they were only blowing warm air around the room. AC was installed in both rooms but this did not work. Discussed issue with staff and they arranged to have an AC unit brought up. This helped with cooling the rooms but was extremely noisy throughout the night. We’ll take a cooler room for sleeping over noise. We both slept with headphones on. For the price paid, this was not really 4 star in my opinion and we’ll certainly look at other options on our next visit to London

Great location for Lords Cricket ground

Went to BST at Hyde Park, great location very near. Room was compact but very comfortable.

The room was small with old fashioned fittings. No plugs near the bed, a bank of telephone connections from the old modem days. It had 3 giant fans in it on arrival whirling hot air around to little effect. No air con. The corridors were cooler. Windows opened to a weird inner courtyard with hot metal venting from the kitchens with a strong smell of fried food. Had to sleep with all fans on for it to be bearable but therefore very noisy. Tiny bathroom. Really not a pleasant experience Had been hard to ensure a twin room and felt like this meant we got a very poor room.

Clean room, extremely comfy bed and pillows! And the air con was fantastic especially during 30 degree heat!

No air conditioning and the smallest room I’ve ever had. We lived out of our suitcase for the 5 night duration of our stay.

Staff were pleasant and efficient, hotel is well located in central London, rooms were tidy and clean although smaller than expected however the building is dated and corridors very small meaning anyone with luggage will struggle. Room facilities were good however noise from the surrounding street with early morning deliveries meant we were awoken early as deliveries were made. Very expensive compared to other hotels and I would shop around as you are probably likely to find better deals for comparable hotels. Originally when booking we decided to opt for this hotel as it was part of the Raddison chain which changed over and although no cosmetic difference was seen it felt it was lacking in that brand level service and expectation.

Staff are SO accommodating from front desk to restaurant. Very nice menu across the day and well positioned just 10 mins from tube. Even though my room was next to the lift I heard no noise at all. However the AC was very noisy but very well needed. Very spacious bathroom, comfy bed and bedding, T&C etc plus water and cookies as VIP perks along with 20% off food and drink.

The hotel has switched off the air conditioning in the rooms so the controls on the wall do not work (public areas still have air conditioning). Couldn’t sleep due to extreme heat. They supply a fan in the room instead, which was pointless. Would never stay there in summer again.
