VERY convenient to Paddington station but within the hotel it was very quiet. Air conditioning was very quiet and worked quickly to cool the very warm room down.

Great staff, good breakfast, and clean hotel. Rooms are small but that’s London. Very close to Paddington.

The location is brilliant and the staff very friendly. I’ve stayed in this brand in a number of other cities and it certainly doesn’t have the same vibe. Rooms are tiny.

Room was clean had a small fridge that was stocked both days. Staff very helpful got checked in an hour early. Location is excellent

Came back in to find cockroaches all over the floor. Absolutely avoid.

Photos were a bit misleading on room size, possibly the smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in! The bathroom was big so we used it for getting ready as other than than there was no space next to the bed to get ready. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch and the location is great! We needed to be near Hyde Park for a gig and it was close. Rooms were cleaned daily and air conditioned which was a god send in the heatwave!

Great location, extremely comfy, soft bed, a well appointed room that was small (as are all hotels in London) but with a spacious bathroom and shower, plenty of storage, fridge and AC. Everything was modern, cute, clean, and you really cannot beat the location.

Despite a check-in time of 3pm, we were made to wait until 4pm. Not sure what happened there, but it was disappointing given we just arrived from EDB and wanted to rest.

Short stay but a perfect location for Hyde Park

Excellent hotel in Paddington!
