Location was great as 1 min walking to the Paddington St, but room was small and no glass nor tissues in the room.

All good

Very near paddington station but be prepared for windowless rooms

Super convenient , clean , comfortable.

I’m allergic to their cleaning products or their air freshener. Otherwise, it’s a good place for a 2- to 3-night stay.

I did not like being in a basement room with no windows. The air conditioning initially blew hot air until cycling the system a few times managed to get it to work.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful! We were helped a lot by Ms. Heeba who was very professional and courteous and considerate. The rooms are tiny. Our two suitcase, me and my husband could not move in the room. We were upgraded to a room for handicapped but that was in the basement with no windows. That was bit creepy. The room otherwise was clean and had air conditioning. This is a very basic hotel but very convenient to travel. One train from Heathrow to right in front of the hotel. Also, very convenient to travel within London. Lively and close to restaurants. In house restaurant is good for breakfast but a bit expensive. Lots of options right outside in Paddington Station.

The rooms were clean and the staff was great.

Without understanding the differences, we booked the Hub vs Premier inn. The Hub is very tiny yet most efficient use of space. The 2 of us really didn’t mind it. We had everything we needed except for a safe. Would have been even better if there was a microwave. Thank goodness for the coffee machine and water dispenser. I would stay there again. One strange thing, our room had a food smell 2 out of the 3 days we got back. Otherwise, all good.
