Very clean, in the middle of the town very convenient for walk everywhere , super Breakfast very rich and variety of everything, never had a better breakfast in any Hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in Neumarkt. Check-in was very smooth and our room was quiet, had good storage and a comfortable bed. However, the air-conditioning was very poor and the temperature was over 30° outside, making it stuffy and uncomfortable in the room. The shower was good, but sprayed all over the foor, as it was only a half screen.

nice location

The hotel is ideal situated and surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants

Very close to Hapsburg sites and Vienna cathedral. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Close to amenities and attractions

I had an excellent stay. The hotel was conveniently located off the main street and easy to find. That being said, it was very quiet in the hotel. I could not hear any noise from outside, and though my room was right off the elevator, I did not hear any other guests either. I was visiting Vienna during the heat wave and appreciated that the staff had the room as cool as possible when I arrived!

Quaint hotel in an incredible location. Rooms are reasonable size and include a small mini fridge ($) and an ironing room for all guests to enjoy. We arrived smack in the middle of Vienna's heatwave and asked the staff if we could have an oscillating fan and they delivered one to our room within 30 minutes. I swear, that saved us!

Location is right in the centre - couldn’t ask for better. Staff were all professional and welcoming. Breakfast has a good selection and at a reasonable price considering what’s available in the area. Will definitely book again if I return

We liked the location. The hotel upgraded our room, which was amazing. Overall, we had great experience!
