We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options each morning. The location worked well for us, and overall the service exceeded our expectations. A few observations for future guests (not complaints, just helpful information): the mattresses were quite firm, which may be great for some travelers but were firmer than our personal preference. The pillows were on the softer side. Also, the main parking garage is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is closer parking available, but it costs approximately €40 per day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, well-run property with excellent service and breakfast.
